Wheat futures declined Thursday under pressure from the latest China wheat cancellation, this time an Australian purchase. Additional
pressure from a lackluster export sales report pushed wheat near the lowest levels since 2020 and dragged corn lower in spillover weakness. Short covering contributed to soybean futures’ volatile day, one that ended with declines attributed to profit taking
