Vibaantta Global enters sugar business
Vibaantta Global, a multi-trade organization, has expanded into the sugar business with its acquisition of US-based BGE Global Distribution Inc. earlier this year, according to The Hindu BusinessLine. The company plans to open a subsidiary in Brazil to focus on the sugar trade, specifically ICUMSA 45 sugar, and import ethanol into India. Vibaantta Global, headquartered in Delhi, specializes in a range of industries, including marketing, food, hospitality, healthcare, and trade finance, with operations across Europe, the US, Southeast Asia, and Africa.

As per news report, the company’s director Paras Sachdev said that it plans to open a subsidiary of BGE Global Distribution, a Florida-based company specialising in the distribution of food-based commodities, particularly refined sugar sourced from Brazil and other South American countries, in Brazil for the sugar business and import ethanol into India.
Having recently entered the rice market, Vibaantta is now focusing on the sugar trade, specifically ICUMSA 45 sugar.
