Honda has launched the CB300F Flex Fuel motorcycle in India for ₹1.70 lakh (ex-showroom). This eco-friendly model runs on an ethanol-gasoline blend of up to 85% ethanol. It features a 293cc single-cylinder engine delivering 24bhp and 25.6Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox. Key highlights include a digital instrument cluster, adjustable suspension, dual-channel ABS, and Honda’s Smartphone Voice Control System. The bike is available in two colors—Sports Red and Mat Axis Grey Metallic—and bookings are open at BigWing dealerships.

Honda CB300F Flex Fuel: What’s New?
Aside from the Flex Fuel update, the 2024 Honda CB300F keeps all its original features, including the design, hardware, engine, and overall configuration. As mentioned before, it can be had in two paint job options – Sports Red and Mat Axis Grey Metallic – both available on the standard model as well. The main visual change is the addition of a green decal on the tank cover, displaying the ‘FlexTech’ label. The bike also uses the same digital instrument cluster, now enhanced with an ethanol indicator that lights up when the fuel blend contains more than 85% ethanol.
Honda CB300F: Mechanical Setup
Powering the Honda CB300F is a 293cc single-cylinder petrol engine, compliant with OBD II standards, delivering 24bhp of maximum power and 25.6Nm of peak torque. The engine is paired with a six-speed gearbox featuring an assist slipper clutch for smoother shifts. The bike’s suspension setup includes a 5-step adjustable rear monoshock and a golden upside-down front fork. For braking, it is equipped with a 276mm front disc and a 220mm rear disc, supported by dual-channel ABS for enhanced safety and control.

When it comes to features, the new Honda CB300F comes equipped with a fully digital instrument cluster that offers five levels of brightness adjustment and displays key information such as the speedometer, odometer, tachometer, gear position indicator, fuel gauge, and dual trip meters. Additional notable amenities include Honda’s Selectable Torque Control (HTSC), an all-LED lighting system, and the Honda Smartphone Voice Control System (HSVCS), enhancing both functionality and convenience for riders.
