I believe the answer lies in a bold, time-bound mission—a Yellow Revolution to make India self-sufficient in edible oils and pulses. The Green Revolution proved what focused leadership, science-driven strategies, and empowered farmers can achieve. We can replicate that success in oilseeds and legumes.
