ADM, Mitsubishi sign non-binding MOU, form strategic alliance

ADM and Mitsubishi Corporation have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to form a strategic alliance exploring future collaborations across the agriculture value chain. This partnership aims to address global challenges by combining ADM’s expertise as a leading food and agriculture company with Mitsubishi’s cross-industrial business platform spanning multiple industries, including food and energy. Together, they seek to create value by identifying new opportunities, such as developing a robust biofuel supply chain and enhancing the resilience of the global food system.

ADM and Mitsubishi Corp. (MC) are pleased to announce that both companies have signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding to form a strategic alliance to explore potential areas of future collaboration across the agriculture value chain.
