Bihar: MP discusses issue of Riga sugar mill with PM Modi
Sitamarhi, Bihar: Newly elected MPs of Janata Dal (United) met Prime Minister Narendra Modi to discuss key issues, including the reopening of Riga sugar mill and other developmental projects in Bihar, reports Live Hindustan. The delegation, led by Cabinet Minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh and Lok Sabha leader Dileshwar Kamat, highlighted regional needs. MP Devesh Chandra Thakur specifically addressed the reopening of the Riga sugar mill and proposed the construction of a Jagat Janani Maa Sita temple, akin to Ayodhya’s Ram Temple.

MP Devesh Chandra Thakur had a good discussion with the Prime Minister regarding the development of his district. Thakur drew the PM’s attention towards two prominent issues: the reopening of the Riga sugar mill and the building of a temple of Jagat Janani Maa Sita on the lines of Ram Temple of Ayodhya.
