Primoris Services Corporation and Venture Engineering & Construction have formed a strategic teaming agreement to target emerging opportunities in renewable energy, industrial, and gas processing markets. This partnership combines their expertise to deliver integrated engineering, procurement, and construction solutions. The collaboration is particularly focused on leveraging the opportunities presented by the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) in biogas, hydrogen, and other sustainable fuels, enhancing service offerings and driving progress in the renewable energy sector.
Primoris Services Corporation (Primoris (through a wholly owned subsidiary)) and Venture Engineering & Construction, Inc. (Venture) announced today they have entered a strategic teaming agreement aimed at pursuing emerging opportunities in the renewable energy, general industrial, and associated gas processing facilities markets. The partnership combines the respective strengths of both companies to offer comprehensive, innovative, and integrated engineering, procurement, and construction solutions that emphasize safety, quality, and efficiency.

Primoris supplies a full array of in-house engineering, procurement, and construction services to the downstream, midstream, and renewable energy sectors, including refining, petrochemical, hydrogen, syngas, liquefied natural gas, pipeline, gas-to-liquids, solar, battery energy storage, data center, biodiesel, biogas (landfill, dairy, poultry, food waste, and wood waste), and carbon capture facilities.
