Dhule: Fraud in the name of providing sugarcane workers
Two cases of cheating in the name of providing labor for sugarcane cutting were revealed in Shindkheda and Shirpur. Two separate complaints have been registered in this regard. According to the complaint filed by Yuvraj Patil (Eetkare, Sangli) in Shindkheda police station, Anil Thackeray (R. Sonshelu, Shindkheda) made an agreement with Patil saying that he provides sugarcane workers. 4 lakh 10 thousand rupees taken.
A contract was signed for sugarcane cutting and filling work for 15th April 2018 to 4th July 2018 and fall season 2018-2019. Pursuant to this agreement, all the amount was paid from the bank account. But Thackeray neither sent the workers nor returned the money as agreed. Based on this complaint, a case has been registered against Thackeray at Shindkheda police station. The second complaint is filed by Mahaveer Aad Gowda (Aitawde, Sangli) . Vishwanath Bhil of Gartad (Shirpur) notarized that Warana Cooperative provides 24 laborers for sugarcane harvesting and transportation. Eight lakh 75 thousand 26 rupees were taken for this work. Cheated by not sending labour. A case of cheating has been registered against Bhil in Shirpur city police station.
