Egypt’s demand remains structurally high, driven by rapid population growth and a large subsidized bread program. The country is the largest wheat consumer in Africa and one of the leading importers worldwide.
Meanwhile, Indonesia continues to increase its reliance on wheat imports amid the expansion of its food industry and rising consumption of flour-based products. This makes the country a key player in the global grain market.
