Officials monitor district-wise GPS-based sugarcane survey
In Pilibhit, a comprehensive sugarcane survey is underway, employing GPS technology district-wide. Live Hindustan reports that farmers are receiving immediate slips during the survey process. Officials, including DCO Khushiram Bhargav, are closely monitoring the survey’s progress. Recently, in Khalinavada village, Majhola, the Sugarcane Department officials interacted with farmers, seeking feedback. The dialogue emphasized efficient crop management for enhanced yields. Farmers were urged to promptly address survey-related issues to ensure smooth sugarcane supply during the upcoming crushing season.
Pilibhit: A Sugarcane survey is being conducted across the district through GPS. During the survey, farmers are being given slips on the spot. Strict monitoring is being done during the sugarcane survey, reported Live Hindustan.
Feedback is being taken from the farmers regarding the sugarcane survey. Officials of the Sugarcane Department inspected the sugarcane survey in the villages of Khalinavada in the Amaraiya area and interacted with the farmers to gather feedback.
DCO Khushiram Bhargav inspected the sugarcane survey in the village of Khalinavada, Majhola, in the Sugarcane Development Council. Government sugarcane inspectors Satyavir Singh and sugarcane inspectors from the sugar mill, Kishan Lal, were found conducting surveys in the village. Farmers informed during the dialogue that the survey work had been going on in the village for two days. Survey slips are being issued on the spot. DCO, while explaining the benefits of crop management, made them aware to achieve higher yields from the crop. Sugarcane farmers were informed that they should resolve issues related to the survey from the administration on time so that there is no problem with sugarcane supply in the crushing season.
