The innovative bio-refinery, which involves a collaborative effort between Numaligarh Refinery Ltd (NRL) and Finnish partners, Fortum and Chempolis Oy, will mark a milestone in the country’s energy sector. The facility utilizes bamboo biomass, aiming to produce fuel-grade ethanol.
