This upgraded facility has a crushing capacity of 3,500 tons of sugarcane per day, making it Punjab’s first cooperative sugar mill to produce refined sugar. For the current season, the mill has set a target of crushing 3.5 million quintals of sugarcane.
Ensuring the Best Price for Sugarcane
Punjab now leads the nation in offering farmers the highest price for sugarcane. The state government is providing ₹401 per quintal, ensuring financial stability and growth for farmers.
