Ranjitsinh Mohite-Patil elected as Executive President of Ethanol and Biofuel Manufacturers Association of India
The Ethanol Manufacturers Association of India held its 2023-2024 annual general meeting in Solapur on October 6, 2024. The association, chaired by former Deputy Chief Minister VijaySinh Shankarao Mohite-Patil, unanimously agreed to rename itself as “The Ethanol and Biofuel Manufacturers Association of India.” The new board, led by Executive President MLC Ranjitsinh Mohite-Patil, includes 14 prominent members, with Pratik Patil and Vikas Raskar serving as Vice Presidents.
Solapur: The Ethanol Manufacturers Association of India held its annual general meeting for the financial year 2023-2024 on Sunday, October 6, 2024. The meeting presided over by former Deputy Chief MinisterVijaySinh Shankarao Mohite-Patil, took place at the Sahakar Maharshi Shankarrao Mohite-Patil Cooperative Sugar Factory Limited in Shankarnagar-Akluj, Solapur district.
During the meeting, Prashant Wagh of Khandoba Distilleries Private Limited proposed a name change for the association. It was unanimously agreed to rename the association as “The Ethanol and Biofuel Manufacturers Association of India.” Following the discussions, new board of directors were appointed.
In the subsequent board meeting, MLC Ranjitsinh Mohite-Patil was unanimously elected as the Executive President of the Ethanol and Biofuel Manufacturers Association of India. Pratik Patil and Vikas Raskar were chosen as Vice Presidents. Additionally, the association’s secretary, R.G. Mane, was promoted to the position of Executive Director.
The newly elected board consists of 14 prominent individuals, including:
