South Korea purchased 65 thsd tons of corn


South Korea’s Nonghyup Feed Inc (NOFI) purchased 65,000 tonnes of U.S. feed corn via tender on August 6. Columbia Grain International won the bid at \$262.94/tonne. An extra \$1.50/tonne applies for dual-port delivery. The corn is scheduled to arrive in South Korea by November 15, 2025.
South Korean animal feed producer Nonghyup Feed Inc (NOFI) purchased 65,000 tonnes of U.S.-origin feed corn at an international tender held on August 6, Reuters reported.
The winner of the tender was Columbia Grain International.
The corn was purchased in one batch at a price of $262.94 per tonne. In case of delivery to two ports, $1.50 per tonne will be added to the price for additional unloading at the port. The purchased grain will arrive in South Korea by November 15, 2025.
