Ukraine exported 3.7 mln tons of corn

Ukraine’s MY 2025/26 grain and legume exports reached 12.38 Mt as of Dec 1, down 31%. Wheat fell to 7.3 Mt, barley to 1.17 Mt, and corn to 3.7 Mt, all sharply lower year-on-year. Flour exports totaled 27 kt (36 kt grain equivalent), also declining.

As of December 1, in the MY 2025/26, Ukraine exported 12.38 mln tons of grain and leguminous crops, which is 5.59 mln tons or 31.1% less than last year.

This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.

As of December 1, Ukrainian wheat exports amounted to 7.3 mln tons, which is 1.53 mln tons or 17.2% less than last year.

Barley exports amounted to 1.17 mln tons – 36.9% less compared to the same period last year. In addition, 0.2 thsd tons of rye were exported abroad.

Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 3.7 mln tons, which is 3.28 mln tons or 46.9% less than last year.

In addition, 27.0 thsd tons of flour (or 36.0 thsd tons in terms of grain) were sent abroad, which is 4.3 thsd tons or 13.7% less than last year.
