Ukraine exports less than 100 thsd tons of grain in first week of new season


As of July 7 in MY 2025/26, Ukraine exported only 77,000 tons of grain and pulses—nearly 15 times less than the same period last year. Wheat exports dropped to 25,000 tons (down 12.8x), and corn exports to 51,000 tons (down 13.1x). Flour exports also fell sharply, signaling a significant slowdown in early-season trade.
As of July 7, in the MY 2025/26, Ukraine exported 77 thsd tons of grain and pulses crops, which is 1 million 054 thousand tons or almost 15 times less than last year.
This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
As of July 7, Ukrainian wheat exports amounted to 25 thousand tons, which is 295 thousand tons or 12.8 times less than last year.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 51 thousand tons, which is 622 thousand tons or 13.1 times less than last year.
In addition, 0.8 thousand tons of flour (or 1.1 thousand tons in terms of grain) were sent abroad, which is 1 thousand tons or 2.2 times less than last year.
