Uttar Pradesh: Satha sugar mill to be revived before 2027 elections, assures minister
Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh: Sugarcane Development Minister Chaudhary Laxmi Narayan assured farmers that the long-delayed Satha sugar mill will be operational before the 2027 elections. Speaking at an event marking eight years of the UP government, he reaffirmed that sugarcane crushing will begin before voters head to the polls.
Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh: On the occasion of marking the completion of eight years of the Uttar Pradesh government, Sugarcane Development Minister Chaudhary Laxmi Narayan once again assured farmers that the long-awaited Satha sugar mill would be operational before the 2027 elections. He stated that before voters press the button in the elections, sugarcane crushing at the mill will have already begun.
The minister was speaking at a program held on Tuesday at Kalyan Singh Habitat Centre as part of a three-day programme celebrating the achievements of the UP government.
During the event, the minister faced questions about the long-pending Satha sugar mill project. He reassured farmers that the mill would be operational before 2027 and assured that the process is ongoing.
