Ukrainian corn exports exceed 1.9 mln tons
Ukraine’s grain exports have sharply declined in MY 2025/26. Total shipments reached 9.39 million tons, down 60% from last year. Wheat exports fell 28%, barley 57%, and corn dropped over 170% compared to the same period. Flour exports also decreased by nearly 22%, reflecting lower output and restricted trade.
As of November 3, in the MY 2025/26, Ukraine exported 9 million 386 thousand tons of grain and leguminous crops, which is 5 million 684 thousand tons or 60.5% less than last year. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine.
As of November 3, Ukrainian wheat exports amounted to 6 million 218 thousand tons, which is 1 million 715 thousand tons or 27.9% less than last year.
Barley exports amounted to 1 million 089 thousand tons – 56.6% less compared to the same period last year. In addition, 0.2 thousand tons of rye were exported abroad.
Ukrainian corn exports amounted to 1 million 903 thousand tons, which is 3 million 249 thousand tons or 170.7% less than last year.
In addition, 21.5 thousand tons of flour (or 28.7 thousand tons in terms of grain) were sent abroad, which is 4.7 thousand tons or 21.8% less than last year.
