Gulshan Polyols gets additional ethanol allocation of Rs 18.71 crore under EBPP

Gulshan Polyols Limited secured an additional 2,923 KL ethanol supply allocation worth ₹18.7 crore from Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and Indian Oil Corporation Limited under the EBPP for Q3 ESY 2025-26, strengthening its role in India’s ethanol blending programme.

Gulshan Polyols Limited has received an additional allocation to supply ethanol to oil marketing companies under the Ethanol Blended Petrol Programme (EBPP) for the third quarter of Ethanol Supply Year (ESY) 2025-26, the company informed stock exchanges on May 13, 2026.

According to the regulatory filing, the Muzaffarnagar-based company participated in a tender floated by oil marketing companies (OMCs) and was awarded an additional quantity of 2,923 kiloliters of ethanol, with an estimated order value of Rs 18,70,72,000.

The allocation has been awarded by Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL), with the contract to be executed within ESY 2025-26. The filing confirmed that the order is domestic in nature and does not involve any related party transaction or promoter interest in the awarding entities.

The disclosure was made by Dr. Chandra Kumar Jain, Chairman and Managing Director of Gulshan Polyols Limited, in compliance with Regulation 30 and Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Gulshan Polyols, headquartered in Delhi with its registered office in Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, is an established participant in India’s ethanol supply chain. The EBPP, overseen by the central government, mandates blending of ethanol with petrol to reduce crude oil import dependence and support domestic sugarcane and grain-based ethanol producers.
