Union Home Minister Amit Shah will inaugurate a ₹1,750 crore ethanol plant in Bargarh on July 4 during his Odisha visit. He will also launch development projects, address public meetings in Bargarh and Sambalpur, and conclude the two-day visit on July 5.
Jharsuguda: Union Home Minister Amit Shah will visit Odisha on July 4 and 5 to inaugurate a Rs 1,750-crore ethanol plant in Bargarh and participate in a series of development and public outreach programmes in the state.
According to Odisha Revenue and Disaster Management Minister Suresh Pujari, Shah will arrive at Jharsuguda Airport on July 4 and travel by road to Bargarh, where he is scheduled to inaugurate the newly established ethanol plant. The Union minister is also expected to address a public gathering in the district, Omcom News reported.
Following the Bargarh programme, Shah will travel to Sambalpur and remain there overnight.
On July 5, he will lay foundation stones for multiple development projects in Sambalpur and attend a public meeting organised by his party.
After completing his scheduled engagements in Odisha, Shah is expected to return to New Delhi the same day, Pujari said.
