The Sugar Industry Tribunal has announced that sugarcane farmers will receive a payment of $21.75 per ton of cane on May 28. This marks the fourth cane payment for the 2023 season, bringing the total to $101.08 per ton, surpassing the minimum price of $85 per ton set earlier.
