Ukraine exported nearly 37.5 million tons of grain in the 2025/26 MY
Ukraine exported 37.46 million tonnes of grain and pulses in 2025/26, down from 40.63 million tonnes a year earlier. Wheat, barley and flour exports declined, while corn shipments reached 21.28 million tonnes, only slightly below last season’s 21.96 million tonnes.
As of July 1, Ukraine has exported 37.461 million tons of grain and pulses since the start of the 2025/26 MY, including 3.562 million tons shipped in June. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy, citing operational data from the State Customs Service of Ukraine.
As of July 1 last year, total shipments amounted to 40.628 million tons, including 2.232 million tons exported in June.
By crop, exports in the past season were as follows:
- wheat – 14.129 million tons (15.723 million tons in the 2024/25 MY);
- barley – 1.52 million tons (2.319 million tons);
- rye – 0,2 thousand tons (15,000 tons);
- corn – 21.28 million tons (21.963 million tons).
Total Ukrainian flour exports are estimated at 60,5 thousand tons in the 2025/26 MY, compared to 68,7 thousand tons in the 2024/25 MY, including 62,1 thousand tons of wheat flour (71,1 thousand tons).
