Ukrainian wheat exports exceeded 13 million tons

Ukraine exported 34.9 million tons of grain and legumes in MY 2025/26 by June 13, down 12% year-on-year. Wheat exports fell 15% to 13.1 million tons, barley 36%, corn 6%, while flour exports declined 12% to 59,500 tons.

The volume of grain and leguminous crops exports from Ukraine in the MY 2025/26 as of June 13 is 34.9 million tons, which is 4.6 million tons, or 12% less than the previous season.

This is evidenced by data from the State Customs Service.

Thus, 13.1 million tons of wheat were exported. This is 2.3 million tons, or 15% less than last year’s volumes.

Barley supplies to foreign markets are about 1.5 million tons. The decrease compared to the same date last season is 36%.

Rye was exported in the amount of 0.2 thousand tons, which is ten times less than last year’s 10.8 thousand tons.

Corn was exported in the amount of 19.9 million tons, which is 6% less than last season’s shipments.

Flour exports from Ukraine amounted to 59.5 thousand tons, which is 12% less than last year’s figure.

For reference: in the 2024/25 MY, exports of grain and leguminous crops amounted to 40.6 million tons: wheat – 15.7 million tons; barley – 2.3 million tons; rye – 10.8 thousand tons; corn – 22 million tons; flour – 71.1 thousand tons.
